P.B Sharma is the person who biasing with student who are nt from delhi :

1) If a student is not able to clear a paper he isn’t rightful to hostel accommodation even if the students belong to below middle class and have no local guardian in Delhi.

Because of this kind of strict and rigid (of course dictatorship it is) rule with no humanity at all some student literally were forced to sleep with mess worker (just on the mess table).

IS this the price to be paid for being poor!!! Few students however get hostel by giving reference to VIPs (BUT EVERY BODY DOESN’T HAVE SUCH APPROACH)

Students who are not from Delhi and those who don’t have any local guardian, they are forced to stay with friends outside campus getting no proper food and security for at least two months. And still students live outside because they are considerably weaker than other weak students.

Due to this kind of partiality with students during this one and half month which is crucial part of semester they couldn’t study properly for their mid-sem and again they can’t cope up their studies, this build lot of pressure on student since they hail from very far places with lots of expectation from their parents.

This creates some kind of fear and pressure on students and also gives a Tag of weaker section in college for the whole 4 year of college. For many many years this rule is in DCE and no one has opposed it because if someone even tries they get underlined and he will suffer in academic (indirectly) and in future he will never get hostel.

2) In this new session 2009-2010 when he converted DCE into DTU with no consent of anyone he introduced a new way to demarcate weak student by giving them a separate hostel( Type -4) far away from the main hostel after two months of struggle for hostel. Till now these students even don’t have mess facilities so they have to go main hostel which is about at least 1km from their hostel, they have to cover 1km for every meal which is indeed a tough task. For the whole winter this students didn’t get a geyser. This is more a GHETTO than hostel.

Seems these students have no right to live because they couldn’t clear few subjects,

Seems marks are more important than need

Seems his principles (DICTATORSHIP) are more important than humanity.

To summaries we consider P.B Sharma is worse than VIRUS of 3-idiots fame and this is just a glimpse of his dictatorial rule and those who are unaware just take a look inside how he has outcast weak students
